Gastronomy
The traditional
care and attention to service that the Poli
family gives to the guests is a reason for pride
at the Tritone Hotel: the staff are exclusively
made up of experts in the field of gastronomy
and all offered products are of the highest
quality.
Andrea Bolzonaro, chef de cuisine, offers
typical regional dishes of the Italian
gastronomy and gives special attention to the
Veneto cuisine which he wisely re-invents.
Lina Barchi, pastry chef, will satisfy
every palate thanks to her regional Italian and
international cakes recipies, ice-creams,
deserts, bread, croissants, muffins and an array
of breakfast delight.
The Maître d’Hôtel, personally
tends the service in the two restaurants, one of
which, “the Hesperides’ garden”, situated in the
swimming pool area. He always gives special
attention to all the guests’ needs.
The wine taster, is always in
search for new wine cellars to offer a richer
and more varied wine list. He works in regard of
quality and will suggest you an excellent
wine-food match.
