The “Hesperides Garden” restaurant
It is opened every day for lunch to satisfy the needs of those guests who love having lunch poolside, in the splendid solarium verandah. It is opened both for buffet parties and for themed evenings.

You will be offered for lunch a rich buffet of appetizers, cold dishes, hot first courses, fried fish, cheese, raw and cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, fruit salad, and home-made cakes and ice-creams. Moreover, the chef Andrea Bolzonaro, together with his team, will realize fast first courses dishes and grilled meat and fish dishes in the open-air barbeque-kitchen.

You will dine poolside, under the stars: this is a weekly themed traditional appointment which, thanks to the ‘Chef de cuisine’ and his team’s creativity, will delight and surprise you. They realize refined dishes using simple and genuine products, typical of the region, but at the same time making the ancient traditional tastes live again. You will travel on a culinary experience around the Italian tastes: from the Veneto cuisine with its various kinds of ‘raddicchio’, to the perfume of the Piemonte truffles, and again from the rich flavour of the Tuscany fowl to the wide variety of fish this country’s seas offer. Also desserts, realized by the pastry chef Lina Barchi, are always suitable for this kind of dinner: they are sublime matches between the local products and the sweet flavour of the creams.
