From the intuition of Walter Poli and the talent of barlady Daiana comes a Gin that smells like home. Olive leaves from the Euganean Hills meet angelica, coriander, elderflower, and yarrow, distilled using the Carter Head method to preserve their purity. The sip is velvety and floral: an excellence to discover in our bars or to take with you.
