At Hotel Tritone, the delights of the palate are served in two restaurants.

Laura’s Restaurant

Offers a Gourmet Menu at both lunch and dinner. Recipes of our land, local ingredients and regional specialities are the protagonists of these journeys of flavours. Our elegant and spacious dining room has windows overlooking the green lawn, and romantic niches with circular seating.

The buffet offers a wide choice of starters, salads and fresh vegetables, cheese platters, fruit, and desserts made by our Chef Pâtissier.

G&G Restaurant & Bar

Open for lunch during the summer, this is our informal poolside restaurant, where you can enjoy the best of Mediterranean cuisine, even in your bathrobe.

The rich buffet of starters, soups, salads and vegetables, fruit, desserts and ice creams is complemented by a small menu of exquisite first and main courses, prepared on the spot in our open kitchen.

The choice of dining at the poolside does not entail a surcharge on the package booked.


The veranda of Laura's Restaurant is reserved for breakfast: the buffet of delicacies offers sweet and savoury choices. Freshly made coffee, with eggs and pancakes prepared at the "Chef's Corner" open kitchen.
