warmth from the earth
We harness the heat of thermal water to warm
the hotel. Through heat exchangers, the natural energy
from underground maintains the ideal temperature
in rooms and common areas. This way, we have
eliminated CO2 emissions related to combustion.

We recover exhausted thermal water to supply non-potable circuits and monitor consumption with electronic sensors in each department. Along with green terraces, which protect the hotel from heat and collect rain, this system minimizes groundwater withdrawal and potable water waste.
RENEWABLE AND SMART ENERGY
The electricity you use also comes from certified renewable sources. We have integrated low-consumption LED systems and state-of-the-art home automation that adjusts climate and lighting based on your presence, eliminating energy waste.
Electric car charging
While you focus on your well-being, your car also recharges. In the parking lot, you will find 4 charging stations for electric cars, including 3 Porsche Destination Charging stations (Porsche Selected): an extra touch to let you travel electrically with total freedom.
ARCHITECTURE
Furnishing with natural materials from the area reduces the environmental impact of construction and facilitates ecological maintenance. High-performance thermal coatings and glass keep the warmth in winter and coolness in summer.
