Wine tasting

When: Monday afternoon

Where: at the fireplace lounge and in summer by the pool

What: tasting of two wines, with explanations

Cookery course

When: Tuesday afternoon

Where: In the Chef's Corner of Laura’s Restaurant; during the summer season at the poolside G&G Restaurant

What: preparation of a typical or themed dish, with the recipe given to participants

Patisserie course

When: Wednesday afternoon
