In our kitchen, you can experience the aromas of our local area. It is mainly at the table that we are able to interpret our cultural roots and express our love for our land.

Our Chef and his team prefer to make dishes with local and seasonal products. This allows us to work primarily with local suppliers, who guarantee the quality, variety and freshness of their raw produce with daily deliveries.

We all know that Chefs are creative individuals, so you will not be surprised if, from time to time, you find dishes on the menu made with ingredients that come from far away to offer you a moment of pure escapism.

The continuous search for new combinations, reinterpretations of recipes and the use of innovative cooking techniques aim to respect the products used and enhance flavours, for a wow effect also at the table.

We regularly propose themed culinary weeks, gala dinners and traditional ones to tell the story of our local area and the products of a rural culture which, today, are definitely the protagonists of haute cuisine also internationally.

However, it is mainly at our Summer Buffets at the poolside that our guests can enjoy the best of their holiday.

Tritone Patisserie

The sweet progress of life is marked by small delicious satisfactions, such as a creamy biscuit freshly baked for breakfast, a refined dessert at the end of a meal, or an exquisite ice-cream to be enjoyed at the poolside. And when it seems that nothing could be more perfect, there are goodnight pastries and delicious snacks that bring a light fragrance to your holiday.

Everything is created here, in our patisserie, by the hands of our Chef Pâtissièr and his team, using genuine products and slow and delicate processes in hot ovens and frozen iceboxes.

And, among other things, the passion for chocolate lies - in all its forms - in the hearts of our Guests and in the mind of the Chef, in an embrace that enraptures thoughts with flashes of unforgettable genuine taste.
