FOREWORD

DEFINITION

TRITONE EXPERIENCE GIFT: Gift Voucher in pdf format, sent by email. A Voucher to be used for the services purchased.

Beneficiary: the person using the Tritone Experience Gift.

Supplier: Sethi Srl - Hotel Terme Tritone, which provides the service to the Beneficiary.

Customer: the person who purchases a Tritone Experience Gift, it being understood that the Customer may or may not be the Beneficiary of the service, depending on whether he or she will make personal use of the Tritone Experience Gift or give it as a gift to others.

Recipient: the Customer or Beneficiary who receives the Tritone Experience Gift.

Parties: the Customer and Sethi S.r.l.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This site presents the Tritone Experience Gifts offered by Sethi S.r.l. - Hotel Terme Tritone, Via Volta, 31 - 35031 Abano Terme (PD), C.F., P.IVA and Padua Company Registry no. 03306980289 and orders made online. We invite you to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale below, which define the terms and conditions under which Sethi S.r.l. - Hotel Terme Tritone sells Tritone Experience Gift Vouchers.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply only to orders for Tritone Experience Gifts placed through the site.
Sethi S.r.l. - Hotel Terme Tritone reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time, without prior notice, it being understood that the Customer's order, validated by Sethi S.r.l. - Hotel Terme Tritone, in accordance with the provisions defined below, is governed by the General Conditions of Sale in force on the day the order is placed.
Each Customer declares that he or she has the legal capacity in accordance with Articles 1 and 2 of the Civil Code to access and use the site in accordance with the General Conditions of Sale and Use of the site. The Client may choose one or more Tritone Experience Gifts on the site; following this choice, a summary sheet of all the Tritone Experience Gifts chosen, their total price, the client's details, the payment method, will allow the client to verify the list of his order and to make the necessary modifications before the final registration of the order itself. The contract with the Customer will only be definitively concluded once payment has been accepted.
At the time of final validation of the order by Sethi S.r.l. - Hotel Terme Tritone, the Customer will be sent an e-mail confirming his order summarising all the elements relating to it. By printing and/or storing this e-mail, the Customer will have proof of his order.

Reception will then send the personalised gift voucher to the customer.

CONDITIONS OF USE OF SPA GIFTS AND LIABILITY

In the event that the Customer is not the Beneficiary of the Triton Experience Gift, the Customer is requested to inform the Beneficiary of the conditions below.
The Tritone Experience Gift given to the Beneficiary entitles the bearer to receive the service with the services listed in the purchased Tritone Experience Gift. The provision of the service to the Beneficiary is subject to the specific conditions of booking the services at Hotel Terme Tritone, especially regarding cancellation policies and changes to reservations and minimum stay requirements. It is therefore the responsibility of the Beneficiary to find out from Hotel Terme Tritone about the existence of these specific conditions.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The payment of the order can be made by credit card by indicating directly in the part provided for this purpose the card number, its validity date and the security code located on the back of the card. The total amount of the order will be charged to the credit card at the time of the order.
Sethi S.r.l. - Hotel Terme Tritone reserves the right to suspend the order if the bank refuses to authorise payment.
The site allows the Customer to enter his payment details, in respect of privacy and security, at the time of the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When purchasing a Tritone Experience Gift, according to the terms of article 73 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 10 working days to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons or pay penalties.

The period mentioned above shall begin at the time the Customer receives the gift voucher. The gift voucher must have remained unused.

Any return made in accordance with the conditions of this article will give rise to a refund within thirty days from the moment that the Tritone Experience Gifts returned in perfect condition have arrived at the aforementioned address of Sethi S.r.l. - Hotel Terme Tritone.

PROOF OF ORDERS/ARCHIVING

The Customer is expressly informed that, with the exception of manifest errors, of which he/she should provide proof, the data stored in the database of Sethi S.r.l. - Hotel Terme Tritone has evidential value in relation to the orders placed.
The data duly stored on computer or electronic media constitute admissible and opposable evidence in the same terms and with the same probative value as all the documents that will be stored and received in writing.

DELIVERY

The Tritone Experience Gifts will be delivered to the email address you provide when placing your order.

Any claim not made within the terms of this article and within the established timeframe cannot be taken into consideration and will release Sethi S.r.l. - Hotel Terme Tritone from any responsibility towards the Customer.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

The transfer of risks related to the physical integrity of the security will be made at the time of delivery of the Triton Experience Gift(s) to the Recipient.

PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF GIFT VOUCHERS

The validity of the Tritone Experience Gift Voucher is one year from the date of issue.

INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT

The fact that Sethi S.r.l. - Hotel Terme Tritone does not make use of any of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any given time cannot be interpreted as a valid waiver on the part of Sethi S.r.l. - Hotel Terme Tritone to make further use of any of the aforementioned conditions.
Should one of these provisions be declared null and void or considered unwritten, the validity of the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall not be questioned.

APPLICABLE LAW

The law governing these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the contract concluded on the occasion of a Tritone Experience Gift order is the Italian law concerning disputes relating in particular to validity, interpretation, execution or termination.

The place of jurisdiction is Padua.
